Refund policy
1.Returns (Generally Not Accepted)
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to customer preference.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for reasons such as differences in image, size, or color.
Please review the product description carefully before placing your order.
2.Exceptions
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the following cases:
If the item received is different from the item ordered
If the item has an initial defect or was damaged during shipping
Please contact us through the contact form within 7 days of receiving the product.
3.Conditions for Returns or Exchanges
Even in cases where returns or exchanges are accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and unworn
The item must be in the same condition as when it was received
All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be included
Proof of purchase must be provided
Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
4.Natural Stones and Handmade Products
Our products are made using natural stones and are handcrafted.
The following characteristics are considered natural variations and are not defects:
Differences in color, pattern, transparency, or inclusions
Variations in stone shape or size
Minor surface marks that occur during the production process

5.Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason:
Items that have been resized, custom-made, or customized
Sale items
Gift cards
Items that have been used or worn
Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
6.Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
We do not process exchanges through returns.
7.European Union (EU) Customers – Statutory Cooling-Off Period
If the product is shipped to a country within the European Union, customers may return the product within 14 days of receiving the item in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
In this case, the following conditions must also be met:
The item must be unused and unworn
The item must have all tags attached
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase must be provided
8.Refunds
If a return is approved, a refund will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that the time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
9.International Shipping
For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders cannot be canceled or returned due to these charges.
