The delivery note (item list) issued by our store is as follows.
[If the orderer and delivery address are the same]
We will send it to you together with the product.

[If the orderer and delivery address are different]
An invoice without product prices will be sent together with the product.
If the delivery address is different but the names are the same, we will enclose a delivery note with the amount included as usual.
If you have any requests, such as if you would like the receipt to be issued to the person who placed the order (by separate mailing) instead of to the recipient, please feel free to let us know in the [Comments] section when placing your order.
